The Stamp Man 3rd Annual Awards!!!

Welcome to our next challenge, we are doing something a little different this fortnight.

For the last 2 years we have held The Stamp Man annual awards and we'd love you to join us this year by proudly presenting your best/favourite project that you feel you have made during the year.

It doesn't have to be something you entered for our challenges, the most important part of this is that we would like you all to have fun and enjoy taking time to look back on your crafting over the last year.

There will be a random prize draw for the top prize which will be

£30 of Stamp Man Gift Vouchers, and 4 runner up prizes!

For a chance to win a prize you must:

- Display our award blinkie in your sidebar
- Link to a post about our annual awards. Within the post you should then either show your project again or you can place a link to your original project whichever you wish to do.
- Use Inlinkz (below) to link to your post.

The design team show their favourite challenge projects below, and what a great selection there is from the team! If you have the time, do call at their blogs to read more about their projects and perhaps leave them a comment.

On behalf of the team I would like to thank everyone who has taken part in our challenges this year, it has been such a pleasure to see all your creativeness throughout the year and we hope you will join us again in 2012.

Happy New Year!!

Jill and The Stamp Man Design Team

I'll start with my favourite project from April. The challenge theme was Embossing, which has always been my favourite technique, especially ultra thick as I have used as the main embellishment. I've carried this little address book everywhere this year, so it has been very useful too!

Hard to choose just one favourite project but in the end Neil chose his first project !

Angela chose Challenge # 25 Butterflies and Dragonflies. I loved the Butterflies on the Vellum and the mesh stamp is one of my favorites!

Siobhan chose her entry into Challenge 21 Resist Techniques . This is the first time I ever won a challenge!!

Lisa Sparkle has chosen this project from the collage backgrounds challenge. I love getting inky and was thrilled with how this one worked out.

Sue C has chosen a card from the Swirls and Curls challenge. I love Sepia tones and distressing so this just hits the mark for me !

Lisa O chose her project for the Nightime Challenge. I loved how this project came together and the starlight worked perfectly which I was thrilled about.

Brenda has chosen this tag from the Travel theme back in August. I gave this to a friend as part of her 60th birthday present. She loved it and so do I.

Michelle has chosen her night time card which she particularly enjoyed making.

Janet's favourite project was from the atc swap fireworks in November

Vix's was the Crowscape as she did it so many times at Port Sunny in various colours and people kept asking if they could have it so she had to make another one!

Please link your best/favourite project with Inlinkz below

For our New Year Challenge we will be holding our 3rd Annual Stamp Man Awards for Presenting Your Favourite/Best Craft Project of 2011 we hope you will join in with that as we will be holding a prize draw to select the winners for the Top 5 and there will be 5 great prizes to win (maybe more)!!

You don't have to make anything new for it, so even if you have a busy Christmas/New Year without any crafting time you may still find a little time to join us.

Start thinking of what you have made this year that has made you proud to be a crafter!!

In the meantime, myself and all the design team thank you for entering our challenges and wish you all a very Happy Christmas and Best Wishes for 2012!!!

Create an ornament

Fantastic Tags were entered for Brenda's T!m's Tag challenge, thank you to everyone who entered, I hope it warmed you up for this year's Tim's 12 tags of Christmas!

As we are now in December and Christmas is definitely the theme of the moment I decided that as a lot of people will have finished their cards by now it would be appropriate to make an ornament while all the Christmas crafting materials are still on our craft tables.  It can be an altered item made into an ornament, table decoration or even an ornament shaped card, and it doesn't have to be Christmas themed.

It can be a hectic time of year with all the prep so, whatever you decide to make, take time to enjoy yourself!

The design team have been busy creating again and yet again offer awesome inspiration to help kick start your ideas.

Have fun!!!

Jill

Tim's Tag Techniques

Happy Friday Everyone - the weekend is almost upon us.

Today it is me, Brenda, who is your host for this challenge but first I have to say
the collage entries have been amazing over the last 2 weeks
We are going to have such a difficult job again choosing the winner and top 5.
For this next challenge, I am asking that you choose any of
(so that gives you 48 to decide from) ....
and use his techniques to create your own Christmas project.
You don't have to re-create T!m's tag, in fact you don't have to make a tag at all,
it could be a card, bag or altered item.
Please just tell us which tag you have chosen and the techniques you have used from it.
This really gives you the opportunity to be as creative as you want, but with a T!m seasonal theme.
Now Don''t forget we have a prize of a
£10 gift voucher
for the Stamp Man shop up for grabs.
All the challenge details and rules for entering can be found by clicking the associated tab at the top of the page.
Our super talented design team have been very busy making lots of inspiration for you. You can click on their names to see more info on their wonderful projects.
